As part of the one-month nationwide campaign “Fire Safety Awareness,” which started on September 15, a fire safety seminar-training was organized for the employees at the State assets management agency.

Officials from the Emergency situations department of Mirabad district of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participated in the event and provided employees with detailed information on current regulatory and legal documents in the field of fire safety, causes of fires, and measures to prevent them. Additionally, during the seminar, special emphasis was placed on proper employee actions in emergency situations, the procedure for evacuating persons with limited physical abilities, and the importance of adhering to fire safety rules.

In the second part of the seminar, the topic “Personal and collective protective equipment” was covered, and employees were instructed on the proper use of respiratory and skin protection equipment, including respirators, gas masks, specialized clothing, as well as collective protective facilities.

In the practical part of the session, a demonstration of fire extinguishing equipment was conducted. Employees also practiced extinguishing fires themselves using fire extinguishers, reinforcing their practical skills.

This seminar-training helped improve employees’ knowledge and skills in fire safety, as well as enhance their preparedness to protect themselves and others in emergency situations.
