In his address, Shonazar Ravshanov, Deputy Head of the Navoi Regional Department of the Agency for Management of State Assets, emphasized:
“In 2026, 169 land plots with a total area of 15.6 hectares, held by citizens and entrepreneurs under permanent use, lease, and lifelong ownership rights, were privatized for a total of UZS 1.8 billion. As a result, citizens and entrepreneurs gained the opportunity to use these land plots as collateral or sell them in installments.”
It is also worth noting that in 2026, 56 state assets with a total value of UZS 271.5 billion were put up for auction, of which 33 assets were sold for UZS 63.1 billion. Currently, 77 state assets with a total value of UZS 426 billion are available at auctions.
Furthermore, in 2026, 421 land plots with a total area of 192 hectares were sold through electronic online auctions. Electronic online sales of land plots covering a total area of 788 hectares are currently ongoing.
The event also provided information on new opportunities under the 2026 Privatization Program, approved by Presidential Decree No. PF-177.
In particular, when purchasing state assets and non-agricultural land plots, buyers are required to make an initial payment of 15%, while the remaining amount may be paid in interest-free installments within the time limits established by law.
Additionally, a 25% discount on the contract price is available for state-owned real estate properties in the Republic of Karakalpakstan if the full purchase price is paid within six months, by January 1, 2027.
These opportunities will provide important support for entrepreneurs and investors in implementing new projects and expanding their businesses.
