In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated September 26 this year on the open sales process of state share in the authorized capital of “Boysunkumir” LLC following information is reported.

According to the requests of applicants to provide additional time for a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic activities of the Assets in the preparation of binding offers, as well as based on the recommendation of the privatization consultant “Alkes Research”, all applicants are informed about the extension of the deadline for receipt of Binding Offers (BO) until 23:59 (Tashkent time) on November 10, 2025.
