In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated October 6 this year regarding the open sales process of 99,55% state share in the authorized capital of JSC “Shargunkomir”, the following is reported.

Based on the recommendations of the privatization consultants – “Alkes Research”, in order to conduct the sale process in a transparent and competitive environment with the involvement of a larger number of potential investors, the deadline for submitting Expression of Interest applications has been extended until 23:59 (Tashkent time) on November 28, 2025.
