In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated August 5 this year regarding the open sales process for 50% state share in the authorized capitals of LLC “Uzsungwoo”, the following is reported.

Based on the recommendations of the privatization consultants – “Portfolio Investments”, in order to conduct the sale process in a transparent and competitive environment with the involvement of a larger number of potential investors, the deadline for submitting Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in LLC “Uzsungwoo” has been extended until 23:59 (Tashkent time) on October 30, 2025.
